1. General

Kosht (the "Service") is a personal finance tracking software tool provided via a Telegram bot and the web interface at kosht.app. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

2. Age

The Service is intended for persons aged 16+. Paid features are available only to persons aged 18+ or with the consent of a legal guardian.

3. What the Service is — and is not

The Service provides tools for recording, visualising and analysing data you enter yourself. All analytics, hints, forecasts and exchange rates are provided for informational purposes only. The Service is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, is not a banking or payment service, and does not solicit any financial decisions. Any decisions you make are your own and at your own risk.

4. Data & Privacy

The Service deliberately minimises data. We store only: (a) technical identifiers provided by Telegram to operate the bot (numeric ID, username if any, language settings); (b) data you enter yourself (amounts, categories, currencies, descriptions). We do not collect or request your name, email, phone number, documents, or access to bank accounts. The Service holds no real personal data other than what Telegram provides for bot communication.

Receipt photos are processed by a recognition system and are not stored — only the extracted text data remains.

The Service's servers are located outside the Eurozone. By entering data you consent to its processing and storage on such servers.

Deletion. You may request complete deletion of your data at any time via the bot. Deletion is final: data is destroyed, cannot be restored, and the Service retains no information about a deleted user.

5. Payments & Refunds

Paid features are purchased via Telegram Stars inside the bot. The monthly subscription may renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time. The 6-month payment is one-time and does not auto-renew. For refunds, contact us via the bot or hello@kosht.app — refunds are reviewed and processed manually, subject to Telegram platform rules.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, unauthorised access attempts, automated abuse (spam, scraping), or actions that disrupt the Service or other users' rights. We may restrict access in case of violations.

7. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of receipt recognition, exchange rates, calculations, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and persons involved in its creation shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. You are responsible for backing up information important to you.

8. Changes

Functionality, limits and pricing may change. The current version of these Terms is always available at kosht.app; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Rules & Disputes

The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes by negotiation via hello@kosht.app. Failing that, disputes shall be resolved under generally recognised principles of international commercial law in neutral arbitration; the language of proceedings is English.
